What started in Charles N. “Chuck” Riley’s basement in 1965 is today a family business that proudly includes the families of our more than 200 construction professionals.
Headquartered in Kenosha, Wisconsin, our offices are strategically located to provide excellent service to our customers in the Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago metropolitan areas.

We believe in the importance of investing in our communities to improve and enrich lives. We believe this work is hands-on, so we volunteer and donate to over 30 local and regional charities every year.
Riley strongly supports educational opportunities for young people interested in STEM careers and skilled trades. Our apprenticeship and internship programs give high school and college-age students guidance, resources, and skills to build a better future.

Riley donates funds to over 30 different local and regional charities each year. But the real difference is made by the time and efforts our employees give to a variety of worthy causes.
Whether it’s packaging food and supplies for needy children, participating an charity run/walk, or serving on the Board for a nonprofit group, you’ll find our employees across Wisconsin and Illinois lending a hand and helping to improve the lives of those around them!
