Project includes additions and renovations at four separate schools, consolidating them into three. The work at the schools involves the following:
Americana: Includes a 6,000 SF gym (MPR) addition and renovation of the library(LMC). The gym addition includes basketball courts, volleyball courts, acoustical wall and ceiling panels, resilient flooring. The sitework includes a new poured surface playground, new stormwater detention basin and new parking lot, which incorporates student pickup/drop off.
Glen Hill:  Includes a 6,000 SF gym (MPR) addition and renovation of the library(LMC), nurses office, social worker’s office, and conference room. The gym addition includes basketball courts, volleyball courts, acoustical wall and ceiling panels, resilient flooring. The sitework includes a new poured surface playground, new stormwater detention basin, and new parking lot, which incorporated student pickup/drop off.
Glenside Middle School: Includes a 1,300 SF STEAM addition and renovation of the library (LMC), science and STEAM classrooms, bathrooms, and life safety features. The sitework includes a student pickup and drop off loop and new stormwater detention basin.
Queen Bee Early Childhood Center: Includes the addition of two bathrooms and renovation of four classrooms.
