Project Executive

Chad joined Riley as an Intern in the summer of 2009 and started full-time after earning his B.S. in Construction Management from UW-Stout in 2010. He rose through the project management ranks working with some of Riley’s largest commercial, healthcare, and industrial clients. He was promoted to his current role of Project Executive in 2022.

Chad grew up in the Fond du Lac, WI area in a family of teachers and athletic coaches. His first exposure to the construction business was in high school, where he was drawn to technical education and engineering classes. “In college, I was initially interested in architecture and design but after taking a few business classes, I decided construction management was a better fit,” Chad explained. “Working on numerous projects alongside different design teams and clients has definitely given me a fulfilling career. Every day brings something new, and I always enjoy a new challenge!”

Chad and his wife Chezney have two boys. Chad stays active by working out, running, golfing, biking, playing tennis, and “poorly attempting” to play guitar.

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO

“Bringing joy to our clients when turning over their new space or building brings me personal gratification. We get to turn over something real that can be used and appreciated by many people for years to come. Twenty years from now I can drive past a building I was involved with and remember how happy our clients were when they moved into their new space.”

Fun Fact

“I’m a live music fanatic. Whether it’s a classic rock artist like Fleetwood Mac or The Eagles, or an Indie band like My Morning Jacket, if they are in the Milwaukee area, I’m most likely going.”
