This 141,533-square-foot speculative warehouse was constructed within a new business park development. The facility features 32-foot clear heights, load-bearing precast wall panels, structural steel framing, and a ballasted roof system. The project included loading docks with a shared loading area and decorative front entrances designed for future office spaces.

In addition to the warehouse construction, the project included a new road infrastructure package consisting of public roads and utilities to serve future buildings within the development.
