Riley transformed Vrakas’ existing offices into a beautiful and functional new space. Work included:
- Demolition and removal of existing walls, ceilings, and flooring
- Construction of new offices, conference rooms, reception area and kitchen/break room
- Installation of new cubicle spaces and furniture
- New flooring, lighting, and ceiling
Vrakas occupies approximately one-half of the fourth floor in a building shared with other companies, and all work was performed while Vrakas and other tenants remained operational.
