Renovation and complete retrofit of existing cleanroom facility with a limited schedule. Work included:
- Relocation of stainless steel doors and windows
- New drywall with 5-coat epoxy paint system and new epoxy floors
- Reworked mechanical and electrical systems as required with new pass-throughs
- Stainless steel accessories and trim
All of the work was completed and the facility was back to full operations within a two-week shutdown window. Riley pre-planned the schedule and ordered materials so everything was ready for installation during the tight timeframe.
