Riley provided construction management and trades performance for this massive Kenosha Medical Center Campus (KMCC) Master Plan renovation program.
The fast-tracked project included construction of a 253,000 SF building extension; a three-level, 105,000 medical office building; a three-level, 450-car parking structure; a nine-story, three-bank elevator addition; as well as the renovation of a new laboratory, a cafeteria, administrative offices, cardiac post-surgery, labor and delivery, a sleep laboratory, a cardiac care unit, an emergency room, a heart institute, a cardiac rehab and fitness center, and additional patient rooms. Riley performed much of the work in occupied areas of the campus .
Riley has partnered with Froedtert on projects since 1970, completing projects totaling nearly 1 million square feet and ranging from a $1,000 work order to Master Plans approaching $100 million.
