Riley built this precast concrete, speculative industrial facility and later performed the interior buildout for Trifinity, an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) supply chain and distribution firm.

Building features include:

• 30’ clear height
• 2 drive-in doors
• 24 docks

The tenant improvement work included the buildout of a main office, shipping office, breakroom, and restrooms. Riley installed all fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring, and handled all finish work.
