Renovation of an existing maternal fetal medicine suite. Features of the suite included exam, consultation, ultrasound, and non-stress test rooms for patients. The renovation also included patient waiting area,  a staff lounge, administration offices, clinical and ultrasound reading rooms, a call center, and utility rooms. The renovation is below a patient floor and above a cath lab, so Riley implemented a vigorous plan to address infection control and noise.
