Demolition and renovation of existing first floor office space in medical laboratory facility. Work included:

• Renovation of existing office space, restrooms and lunch room
• Construction of new product testing rooms, wet lab and, mechanical room;
• Plumbing and HVAC system upgrades
• Electrical and lab casework installation
• Installation of new ceilings, partition walls, and flooring.
