Riley Construction provided construction management services for this new two-story structure library. The exterior features masonry and stone, with gable roofs. Inside, the facility houses a full range of functions, including a dedicated young adult area, two meeting rooms, a homework center, space for educational and social events, and a 200-car parking lot.
