Riley Construction was selected as construction manager for the largest construction project in the Carol Stream Park District’s history. The two-story facility is LEED Silver certified and features a gymnasium with three basketball courts, fitness and aerobics area, running track, and natatorium.  The facility’s aquatic center includes an eight-lane, 25-yard competition pool with a diving board at the deep end and a second warming pool with ADA accessible entry for non-competitive swimming programs.  It has house-program rooms, locker rooms, a child care center, and District administrative offices.
