Riley Construction completed an addition to the existing Briggs & Stratton facility. The addition’s shell is approximately
six feet higher than the existing building, but the interior finishes and MEP systems were constructed to match the
existing portion. Materials included precast concrete, aluminum composite panel and glass.
Work included a complete buildout of interior office space, as well as parking lot and fire loop extensions with some work
to the fire lanes. Contemporary style design elements, combined with timeless architectural principles produce an attractive, functional and reliable structure.
All work was completed while the facility remained in operation.
