Riley Construction Company provided design-build services on two separate projects for this custom assembly manufacturer.
In 2004, Riley built Asyst’s new 37,500 SF production plant and office facility. The manufacturer soon realized their need for an expansion, and in 2015, they once again turned to Riley for a 46,792 SF addition to the existing facility, for a total of 84,292 SF. The addition was completed within seven months, while the existing space remained in full operation.
