Riley partnered with Ascension and the project team to construct a 74,268 SF outpatient facility intentionally designed around the patient journey and clinical operations. The first floor consolidates primary outpatient services including urgent care, clinics, physical therapy and rehabilitation, laboratory services, and advanced diagnostic imaging. This created convenient access to multiple services in one location.

Rehabilitation spaces include a dedicated exercise gym and aquatic therapy pool that support recovery beyond surgery. The second floor houses a comprehensive ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms and four GI procedure rooms. It is supported by prep and recovery spaces, PACU, administrative offices, and dedicated building systems that promote efficient patient flow while supporting the needs of physicians and care teams.

Throughout construction, close coordination with Ascension stakeholders ensured the technical requirements of a modern healthcare environment were successfully integrated while maintaining the quality, precision, and reliability essential for clinical spaces.
