The project involved the redevelopment of 3.9 acres to include three buildings and space designated for a fourth.  Features of this retail campus include:

• 6,300 SF Mobil Gas Station
• Convenience Store with an attached Dunkin’ Donuts
• 6,200 SF casual dining restaurant with outdoor seating and drive-thru service
• 5,700 SF “Rocket Wash” car wash featuring a two-minute wash in a “see through” tunnel experience

Riley has constructed several other Rocket Wash facilities in the Kenosha/Racine area for Willkomm.
