David R. Riley Chairman

While attending Arizona State University, Dave spent his summers working on job sites, learning the trades and gaining a personal appreciation for the skill and craftsmanship that goes into each Riley Construction project. After receiving his BS in Construction Management, Dave started his career with a large global construction firm and joined the family firm in 1992.

Dave rose through the ranks, serving as Project Manager, Division Manager, Vice President of Operations, and President before taking on his current role of Chairman.

Dave is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership necessary to deliver superb customer service and client satisfaction by implementing best practices and maintaining consistency across the company’s business operations. He was integral in establishing the company’s core values: Humility, Integrity, Flexibility and Initiative, or HIFI.

Dave maintains a steadfast commitment to the local Kenosha-area community where Riley has its roots, as well as supporting the construction business by serving on numerous industry boards. He currently serves on boards for Froedtert South and the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. Dave is former board president of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin, and past president for Bethany Lutheran Church in Kenosha, and supports numerous other community organizations through committee activities and contributions.
