The Froedtert South inpatient wing buildout is a 13,000-square-foot buildout on the 3rd floor within the existing hospital. This project transformed shell space into a fully operational inpatient care wing designed to support patient comfort and clinical efficiency.

The new wing includes 12 inpatient rooms and 6 observation rooms. Each room was carefully designed to enhance safety, functionality, and patient experience. The layout allows healthcare staff to work efficiently while maintaining clear visibility and access throughout the unit.

In addition to patient rooms, the buildout includes nurse stations, clean and soiled storage rooms, and other essential clinical support areas. These spaces are strategically positioned to improve workflow and daily operations. Work was completed within an active hospital environment, requiring detailed coordination to maintain safety and minimize disruption.
