The project consisted of the renovation of an existing research laboratory on the 2nd floor of Pancoe Hall for a newly recruited researcher at Northwestern University. The scope required the building of a new room, modification the fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm systems, in order to accommodate the specialized research equipment and associated utility loads. Delivery method for the project was Design/Build.
