This project consists of 79,852 SF 2-story addition to the existing Gifford Elementary School to convert it to a K-8 school. It also includes the renovation of 147,313 SF of the existing elementary school to accommodate the new educational program.

Riley completed this work as part of a referendum that included simultaneous work on 3 schools within the district — the other two being Olympia Brown and Knapp Elementary. All work was completed on time and within budget.
