Riley Construction provided construction management and tradework services on the largest municipal-owned community recreation center in the United States. Features facilities for all sports, including a 146,000 SF fieldhouse with 1/6-mile suspended track, 4 indoor youth soccer fields, 8 basketball courts, 12 volleyball courts, 4 tennis courts, 8,000 SF fitness center that includes cardiovascular equipment, circuit training and free weights and 17,000 SF Aquatics Center. A 79,000 SF hockey arena with two rinks and a new 42,000 SF with an Olympic-size, 50-meter pool capable of hosting lap swimming competitions and triathlon training.
