Riley provided preconstruction and construction management services for the City of Lake Forest Municipal Services Facility.  The campus includes a 29,000 square-foot administration building, 88,000 SF heated garage, and a 20,000 square-foot covered storage area. Located on 14 acres, the facility houses the Public Works Department administrative staff and various City departments including: finance, IT, building maintenance, water and sewer, parks, forestry, streets, as well as the wood shop and engine shop.

The project achieved New Construction Gold LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
